Central Heads Up – 29 October 2015

Recently in the Rugby world cup Dan Carter the New Zealand Fly half knocked in a drop goal from Out of Nowhere in a congested space. Though it was great kick with great consequence, it was the words of the commentator that summed it up. He said (and I am paraphrasing here) the kick was a result of muscle memory, hours of training and years of execution. At a glance we all know this but what are your habits, what do you do naturally. Ask yourself this “When you at the grandest and greatest stage, or when chips are down and your back is to the wall, what comes naturally to you?
